Villa Nessi is the oasis of slow living and well being that Southwest Florida is all about! This new, inviting holiday home is in a quiet location, located on the saltwater canal in southwest Cape Coral with sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Villa Nessi has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6: king, queen and a twin) and 2 bathrooms, a large living area and dining room. The living room has a 60" Smart HD TV with BlueRay player, comfortable sitting area all designed for your relaxation. (High Speed WiFi is also included.) All bedrooms are equipped with a HD flat panel TV and fine linens. The kitchen has Soft Close cabinets, stainless steel top line appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher,  microwave, fridge / freezer with ice maker and water dispenser). The kitchen comes fully stocked with new pots and pans, flatware, dishes, everything you need to make this rental feel like home. The laundry room is located off the master bedroom with full size washer and dryer.

Florida is known for its outdoor lifestyle, and Villa Nessi has everything to make your stay magnificent. The heated pool overlooks a canal, alive with all kinds of sealife such as sea turtles, fish and manatees. Just steps away from the pool, there is a boat dock and tiki hut making for a lovely setting for morning coffee or sunset cocktail. A high quality Weber gas grill invites you to a nice BBQ on the covered terasse.

For the boating enthusiast, you can easily reach the offshore islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island and the beaches of Ft. Myers. For the land lover, the shops and restaurants along Del Prado and Pine Island Blvd can be reached in a few minutes by car. Villa Nessi is a perfect location to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer! We hope you enjoy your stay.
